How to request deletion
The fastest way to request deletion is through the LaraStack Contact page. This gives us enough information to locate the correct account while avoiding unnecessary personal information.
- Open the Contact page.
- Choose “Download / account” as the category.
- Use the email address associated with your LaraStack account when possible.
- Use the subject “User Data Deletion Request”.
- In the message, tell us whether you signed in with Facebook, Google, email or mobile number. If your account uses only a mobile number, include that number so we can locate the account.
- Submit the request. We may ask for limited additional information only when needed to verify that the request belongs to the account owner.
What happens after your request
After we verify the request, we will delete or anonymize the LaraStack account information and account-linked personal data that we control, except information that must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention or other legitimate compliance purposes.
Deletion of LaraStack data does not delete your Facebook or Google account. It only concerns information held by LaraStack.
Facebook Login users
If you created or accessed LaraStack with Facebook Login, use the same deletion-request process above. Where available, providing the email address associated with the LaraStack account helps us identify the correct record.
You may also remove LaraStack from your Facebook account settings to revoke future access. Revoking Facebook access does not by itself guarantee deletion of information already stored by LaraStack, so submit a LaraStack deletion request if you want stored account data removed.
Google Login users
If you used Google Login, submit the same LaraStack deletion request. Removing LaraStack access from your Google Account stops future authorization but is separate from requesting deletion of data already stored by LaraStack.
